Stop Work Authority
Every Copper Tip employee and contractor has both the authority and the obligation to stop any job they believe is unsafe. No questions asked, no job is worth an injury.
Hazard Identification
Pre-job hazard assessments, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and field-level risk assessments are completed on every job, every day.
Incident Reporting
We operate a zero-tolerance culture for unreported incidents. Near-misses are treated as learning opportunities and shared across the organization.
Equipment Integrity
Our fleet undergoes rigorous preventive maintenance programs and regular third-party inspections to ensure every unit in the field is safe and reliable.
Continuous Training
Field crews are continuously trained in safety, emergency response, and technical procedures. Training records are maintained and audited regularly.
Management Accountability
Safety performance is a key metric reviewed by the leadership team. Management participates in field audits, safety meetings, and incident investigations.
